Question 2: How do I change the image on the e-ink screen?
Simply download the AI Cast Assistant app — scan the QR code on the packaging or search "AI Cast Assistant" in the App Store / Google Play. For first-time use, you need to connect your power bank device via Bluetooth within the app. For subsequent use, no repeated connection is required. Choose any image from your phone and sync it via Bluetooth to the screen in seconds.
Question 3: What is the battery capacity?
With a 5000mAh battery capacity, this power bank provides multiple full charges for most smartphones. It also supports magnetic charging for phones and earbuds and is designed for repeated use.
Question 4: How fast does it charge?
It supports two fast-charging modes: Magnetic wireless charging: 15W fast charge. Built-in cable charging: 19.25W fast charge. It can also charge multiple devices sequentially.
Question 5: Is the e-ink screen always on? Does it drain the battery?
Yes — e-ink technology only uses power when the image changes, so the display stays on without draining your battery. It's extremely energy-efficient.

The power bank measures 70.2mm × 11.8mm × 106.5mm — slim, lightweight, and pocket-friendly.
Question 7: Which devices is it compatible with?
Compatible with all Type-C and Lightning devices, including iPhone, Android phones, AirPods, and more.
Question 8: How long does it take to ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping to the US takes 5–10 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of purchase for unused items in original packaging. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or full refund.
