DAKOMODA shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from: Improper use or misuse of our products; Use of unauthorized chargers, cables, or accessories; Damage to your devices caused by using our power banks; Fire, property damage, or personal injury resulting from improper use.

Product Safety Warning – Power Banks: Use only the provided or compatible cables and chargers. Do not expose power banks to extreme heat, fire, or water. Do not disassemble or modify the product. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to fire, property damage, or injury. For questions about safe use, contact us before using the product.

Orders & Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
